IntelliJ extends Scala 3 support

JetBrains announces IntelliJ Scala Plugin 2025.1. The main interest of this version is the support of new features of Scala 3. Scala is a functional language. The editor upgrades its plug-in:- support of the new Scala 3.6 syntax on bounds and Givens contexts.
