Insurance application lands Chester Township man before district judge

The Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division has filed charges against a Chester Township man for insurance fraud. Jonathan Knox, 41, was charged after he failed to list a woman who was living with him as a regular driver of a 2002 Ford Ranger that he had insured though Progressive Insurance.
