In one of the more bizarre images to ever come out of a Los Angeles County jail, officials released a photo of crews rescuing an inmate who had somehow gotten atop a small ledge inches below razor wire in the Men’s Central Jail Sunday.   Details are limited and it’s unclear how the man, who is completely undressed, managed to get on top of what appears to be some kind of air vent high above the jail floor and what his motivation was.
