“(A) April we are at 0.9% the lowest figure in 7 months that we are facing inflation and today we are at 5.25%,” Arandia said at a press conference.

The National Institute of Statistics (INE) revealed the April inflation data this Monday. In that month, a variation of 0.9% was recorded, which raises the cumulative of the first quarter to 5.95%. INE director Humberto Arandia highlighted that the April figure "is the lowest in seven months that we are facing inflation".
