Individual lands are in a "wretched" state. How can they be sold?

I have inherited an agricultural property from my parents and this one is in a lamentable state. We are in individual. I want to sell it. The other owners are supposedly agreed but nothing is moving. I wish to withdraw from this indivision. I do not want to pay legal fees and would like it to be settled by friendly. How to get out of this situation?
