- While Krithivasan targets long-term quarterly growth of about 25%, annualised AI revenue growth slowed to 13% in the first quarter from 28% previously, signaling execution challenges ahead.
- The strategy positions TCS against tech giants OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft, which have similarly expanded hiring for forward-deployed engineers to help clients deploy AI tools effectively.
