INDIANAPOLIS – The first wave of free concerts for this year’s Indiana State Fair includes an Indiana legend, an iconic pop-rock band and the inimitable Bill Murray. The State Fair unveiled five of the acts set to take the Hoosier Lottery Free Stage during this year’s event.
