CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Roy Castrun Burnett Jr., 42, was arrested Friday for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and interference with a peace officer.  Cheyenne police officers were dispatched to the 2400 block of East 10th Street regarding a physical disturbance.
