UPMC Takes Over MedExpress

UPMC has taken over the operations of the MedExpress Urgent Care Center on Plank Road in Altoona.  Reportedly, this is part of a partnership with the national chain, GoHealth Urgent Care.  In the spring, the name of the facility will change to UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care Center.  GoHealth has over 300 health centers in the United States.  These centers are located in 14 states and 198 cities.
