Incidents piling up at Northumberland County Jail, Stark to possibly return to investigate

There are currently 14 incidents at the Northumberland County Jail that have not been investigated. The reason the incidents are piling up is that the county does not currently have a detective after former Detective Degg Stark retired at the end of last year. The county prison board held a special meeting this week and came to an agreement that Coal Township and Stark, if he accepts the part-time position, will split the incidents.
