Rich Earth: Fire at the LKS factory, five families evacuated

A fire was declared on Tuesday, 13 May, at about 2 a.m., in a building over 3,000 square metres in which the LKS biscuits factory in Riche Terre was housed. Thanks to the rapid intervention of firefighters, the fire was controlled. At this point, the cause of the disaster remains unknown. No injuries were reported.
