On Tuesday, 24 June, the Administrative Court invalidated the gynaecological health leave set up by the Strasbourg City Hall for its agents. Justice considers that there is no legal basis for introducing such leave.

On Tuesday 24 June, the Strasbourg Administrative Court annulled the proceedings of the Strasbourg Eurometropole allowing its agents to benefit from a "gynaecological health leave". Jeanne Barseghian, Mayor of Strasbourg and President-delegated of the Eurometropole, announced that she would appeal this decision.
