Fidel Pérez Gómez, alias the 'Mandi' or the 'Chivo', joined the Prison Theatre Company of Santa Martha Acatitla despite the suspicions of the authorities. At the time, he was a dangerous criminal who committed crime in the streets of Mexico City. But the theater changed him forever.
