The National News Agency reported that two Syrian brothers, one of whom is known as Hussein Kamel and who work as guards at the Nassar Center in Kfarjouz, stole signs from a number of offices and clinics, taking advantage of the Eid al-Fitr closures. They did so by breaking into the walls and after completing their thefts, they wrote the phrase "Islamic State: ISIS" on the center's entrance, and then disappeared to an unknown location.
