On Saturday 28 June 2025, the Prime Minister officially installed the Advisory Council of the Refoundation (CCR). Ali Mahamane Lamine Zeine chaired the event, in the presence of a wide range of national and international personalities. This mobilization reflects Niger's central place in the Confederation of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES).
The 194 civilian and military members of the Refoundation Advisory Council, appointed by the eight regions or appointed by the military regime, were installed in their office on Saturday, serving as deputies, but without any legislative power.
