Frank Gerard “Jerry” Piquette passed away due to natural causes on Saturday, January 10. He was 89. Born in Westcliffe on June 20, 1936, Jerry spent his childhood in Westcliffe. After high school graduation, Jerry enlisted in the Navy and served for three years on destroyers. Following his time in the Navy, Jerry married Phyllis Yvonne Bouchard (deceased) and had three children, Holly Marie, Leah Ann, and Daniel Steven, who still survive Jerry. …
