Among other things, the Clean my Calanques Volunteers Association opposes sponsors such as Coca-Cola and the mass production of plastic gadgets and souvenirs.
The association organises, among other things, coastal clean-up operations in Marseille and in the Calanques National Park, and refuses to "bring a flame that is paid for by those who make us fall".
The association condemns the participation of Coca-Cola, one of the "pollutingest companies in the world", as the official sponsor of the Olympic Games, but also highlights more broadly the social and environmental impact of the Games.
