In Libreville, the disbandment affair in the so-called Plaine-Oréty area, behind the National Assembly, takes a political turn. Several formations such as the National Union party, members of Parliament – always in transition – and other political actors call for the establishment of a parliamentary commission of inquiry into the brutality and suddenness of evictions and destruction of homes.
