The victims of April 2009 protests did not benefit from rehabilitation or justice, as the State paid millions of her losses following the decisions of the European Court of Human Rights (CtEDO). After 17 years, no high-level person was convicted of acts of torture committed in State institutions, and the trials were destroyed because of the deliberate actions of the Prosecutor, supported by Promo-LEX lawyer Vadim Vieru.
