Improvement projects continue in Orwigsburg

Water and sewer system improvement projects continue to keep officials busy in the borough of Orwigsburg. At the Sept. 10 borough council meeting, it was mentioned that DBR Industrial Services completed the exterior painting of water plant filters. The company is scheduled to paint  the piping inside the plant at a cost of $9,850 when temperatures and humidity are lower and there is no condensation on the pipes.
