A 19-year-old Immokalee man has been arrested after Collier County deputies said he tried to lure a group of children walking home from school while wearing a mask.The Collier County Sheriff's Office said they identified 19-year-old Julian Valdez as the suspect and took him into custody hours after the incident at his home.The arrest stems from a suspicious incident reported around 3:08 p.m. Friday near Lake Trafford Elementary School.According …
