HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Illuminations, a lighting store, is celebrating 25 years. This celebration is giving back to the community with a "Local Lights" campaign. The campaign honors individuals who significantly contribute to the community without expecting anything in return. Nominations are open until Oct. 15, and winners will be announced by late November.
