SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WTVO) — Illinois legislators passed a bill in the House to reduce plastic utensils given by food delivery apps on April 10th. DoorDash, among other food delivery food services, would no longer be able to automatically give customers plastic utensils with their orders.
