Tijuana, June 18. Inside the Teniente Guerrero park, in the Central Zone, is the Ignacio Zaragoza library, which is more than 50 years old and was the first public library in Tijuana. The library started with the name “Manuel M. Doria” and was an annex to the Federal Urban Primary School “Miguel F. Martínez”, but the facilities were not large enough for the number of volumes it hosted and could not offer the service properly to the community.
