CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) -- A Johnstown man is facing charges after allegedly setting a residence on fire, leading to him also catching on fire. Ramon Santiago, 50, was charged with aggravated arson after police were called to a residence on Linden Avenue June 24 on reports of a fire.
