Federal agents deployed tear gas seven times in 22 days despite a restraining order, disrupting a Halloween parade in a Chicago neighborhood, sources said.
- On Saturday in Old Irving Park, Border Patrol agents deployed tear gas during a neighborhood Halloween parade, leaving after about 30 minutes while many families stayed home.
