ICE arrests man they say is an MS-13 gangster. He says he’s a tax-paying father of a toddler.

The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a Vineland man earlier this month they say is a member of MS-13, the notorious El Salvadaran gang.The agency, known as ICE, said in social media posts it arrested Carlos Rivera-Alvarado, of El Salvador, outside his residence on May 8 during a targeted immigration enforcement operation.
