Drivers were experiencing delays as a large section of Interstate 95 was closed from Bucks County to Northeast Philly on Sunday because of a gas leak. PECO was called to the 800 block of Tennis Avenue in Bensalem just before 7 p.m. on April 20 for reports of the smell of gas, officials said.
