‘Desperate need’: HVCC breaks ground on ATEC building, to be completed in fall ’27

TROY, N.Y. — A massive celebration was held at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) on Thursday morning for the groundbreaking on the college’s largest construction project to date.
