DES MOINES, Iowa -- Hundreds of high school students were recognized during the Governor Scholar Program Ceremony, where Governor Reynolds praised the students' hard work. Each year, the Governor's Office, IHSAA, and the Iowa Farm Bureau come together to honor Iowa's top academic students.
