Hubbard County court news – Akeley man charged with swindle

Joseph T. Smykalski, 37, of Akeley, is charged with felony theft by swindle. According to the statement of probable cause, on May 19, Hubbard County Sheriff’s Office personnel responded to a report of fraud at an Akeley address.
