Manna & Co, the parent company of several prominent Finnish brands, has filed for bankruptcy after efforts to restructure its operations failed. The company confirmed on Tuesday that negotiations with creditors had ended without agreement. A parallel bankruptcy filing was submitted for Vallila Collection, another company within the group. Both applications were lodged with the Helsinki District Court.
