The timing was impeccable. Accompanied by three ministers, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković arrived in the Zagreb neighborhood of Sveta Klara last Thursday morning for the grand launch of Infobip, a Vodnjan-based company known to the general public for its status as the first Croatian unicorn. Perfect timing did not apply to Thursday or the early morning hours.
