How (part of) the Assembly is trying to save the goal of "zero net artificialization"

Sandrine Le Feur (EPR) and Constance de Pélichy (Liot) presented some 30 proposals, on April 9, to make this goal of land sobriety operational. A position backwards from those of senators, who have just adopted a text that detricates the ZAN. The two MPs are about to table a concurrent bill, hoping for the government's support.
