Hospital workers used their own urine to change results

An incredible health scandal has come to light in Batman! Two officers working at the Training and Research Hospital in Batman who took bribes so that the tests of suspects who were being processed for drug use would come back clean and then used their own urine to ensure that the results came back negative were caught. One of the officers caught red-handed was arrested, while the other was released on probation.
