HORSE CAVE, Ky. – A Horse Cave man is behind bars following a traffic stop. According to a uniform citation, the Greater Hardin County Drug Task Force conducted a traffic stop on Oct. 20 on a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Roberto Lopau of Horse Cave on South Dixie Street.
