Hong Kong police have opened an investigation after a driver allegedly lost control of his vehicle and knocked down an elderly man in Yuen Long. Police said on Saturday they received a report at about 2.23pm of a private vehicle near the junction of Tai Kiu Road and Yuen Long On Lok Road that had apparently lost control and crashed into a man in his seventies.
