Honda Donates $100K to DCUF

(Greensburg, IN) – Decatur County United Fund (DCUF) has received a $100,000 contribution from Honda to support 16 nonprofits providing 19 programs throughout the community. DCUF says the contribution will advance the organization’s work to address critical barriers for families, and impact the 2026 Campaign of “Caring for Our Community” goal of $595,000. “We are deeply grateful for this support from Honda,” said Joane Cunningham, Executive Director. “This donation is a testament to their commitment to the 2026 Campaign. It will go a long way in helping us achieve our goals for the community.” Decatur County United Fund’s goal is to improve the quality of life for people including the most vulnerable, and says it’s been dedicated to a mission of Together Building Hope, Health, and Stability for Our Community since 1957. “With this contribution, the organization plans to support the 2026 Campaign and its community funded nonprofits that offer programs and services,” added Cunningham.
