DETROIT LAKES — In the greenhouse behind Detroit Lakes High School on a chilly Tuesday morning, the school’s new agricultural education teacher, Amanda Thorsvig, walked along tables lined with seedlings of microgreens and cherry, roma and beefsteak tomato plants.
