Holyoke mayor says every vote counts — even when he’s the only name on the ballot

HOLYOKE — Mayor Joshua A. Garcia said he was “fired up” Tuesday as he visited polling places across the city to encourage voter turnout and remind residents that their voices matter — even in an uncontested election.
