A multi-vehicle accident involving a garbage truck occurred Tuesday afternoon at approximately 3:00 p.m. on the NYS Thruway Exit 15A on-ramp. The Hillburn Fire Department, Ramapo Police Department, and Spring Hill EMS all responded to the scene. Injuries have been reported.
