LANSINGBURGH, N.Y. — In the Class B sectional championship at Lansingburgh High School on Saturday afternoon, Mechanicville repeated as champions with a 3-2 victory against Schuylerville. Junior Gianna Pitts recorded a natural hat trick for the Red Raiders. Up next, Mechanicville (15-4) will face Saranac (9-6-2), champions of Section VII, to begin state tournament competition on Wednesday.
