Oregon Father Describes Confronting Teen Shooter at Daughters' Elementary School
Giamanco said he crawled into the school after hearing children plead for help and fired on the gunman, who had killed three children and a teacher.
- On October 15, carpenter Kaylub Giamanco, 36, shot and killed 16-year-old Griffin John II at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon, stopping the school shooting.
