Henryk Kania, a well-known Polish businessman who founded Zakłady Mięsne Henryk Kania – one of the largest companies in the industry – has died. Its cold cuts are sold throughout Poland, including kabanos sausages for Biedronka.
Henryk Kania is dead. The creator of the legendary meat processing plant has died at the age of 78. The company was founded in the 1990s, and after a dozen or so years, Kania handed over the reins of the company to his son - also Henryk Kania. He has been living abroad for several years, where he is under house arrest related to irregularities concerning the company.
Henryk Kania, the founder of the famous Henryk Kania Meat Plant, has died. His death was reported on social media by the mayor of Ustroń (Silesian Province), Paweł Sztefek. The businessman was a valued philanthropist and eagerly engaged in helping the local community. The date of his funeral is already known.
