Legendary - for some also controversial - former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, is one of the more interesting guests of this time's WEF in Davos. It turns out he had changed his mind about Ukrainian membership of NATO, which he now supports. But he also opposes punishing Russia too harshly, believing it would be dangerous because it is a nuclear superpower.
