A heating and cooling unit on Moores Drive was found damaged, and copper was taken out of it on Sunday afternoon. Hopkinsville Police say someone damaged the unit that’s valued at $7,000 by taking copper out of it. No arrest has been made, but the report lists the charges as theft by unlawful taking and first-degree criminal mischief.
