Following a Second Court of Appeals reversal of a 2019 conviction for aggravated sexual assault of a child under 6 years old, Jimmie Hance III accepted a plea agreement of 40 years in prison. A plea negotiation hearing was held Tuesday, June 24 where Hance accepted the plea after discussions with his attorney Tim Ford and 90th Judicial Assistant District Attorney Jamie Petruzzi.
