HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The family of a teen who was killed in a crash over the weekend is grieving the loss of their loved one. Harlingen police say 16-year-old Ryan Mendiola died after crashing into a brick wall on Saturday night. Three other teens were also in the vehicle and are suffering from serious injuries.
