Hawkins budget committee adds resolution to commissioner meeting

The Hawkins County Budget Committee added an out-of-order resolution that calls to allocate $250,000 out of the capital projects fund to cover an unexpected update to the Justice Center’s smoke exhaust system. The Board of Commissioners will vote on this resolution at its Oct. 27 meeting.
