Havelock man arrested for child exploitation after N.C. cyber tip

HAVELOCK, N.C. (WNCT) -- A 26-year-old man from Havelock was arrested for four counts of Second-Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor after a cyber tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children. The tip led to an investigation involving the Havelock Police Department, the Carteret County Sheriff's Office, and the State Bureau of Investigation.
